Its in better condition than I thought. You are doing a good job operating the beast.

For my tractor, I would have to move that pile in reverse, turn the blade around and then diff lock the rear axle. I cleared plenty of acres doing it that way and to drag long heavy logs out. 2.5 years worth. It would of been faster with a dosser like yours.

 

I bought a seat today to put on the dozer
I think it looks pretty good plus it comfortable compared to sitting on the plywood

 

I agree with Bill......Looks to me like you have a GT 25 that someone has done some upgrades to.......Nice looking dozer.......

You're probably sitting on a '50???? American Tractor Company (A.T.C.) GT25 Terratrac dozer.

The GT25 was the start of the terratrac line developed in the late '40's and released for 1950. The GT 30 followed in '51

I couldn't find one with the front grill like that nor the vertical posts for the hydraulic cylinders. Pogo Bill looks to of found it. What a nice history!
