I have a 1981 Ford tlb the rear backhoe Hydraulics work fine but the front barely work at all any help from somebody has had this problem before would be appreciated I know it could be the relief valve in the valve body but took it apart did not see any damage

Hello Charles, welcome to the forum.
One of the loader lift cylinders may be bypassing fluid at a high rate. Stroke the cylinders "in" and then loosen the bottom cylinder hydraulic connection and check for flow on both cylinders.
