The Trilectron is actually a Pasquali 988 dressed up as a military tug. These were used throughout the 80's and 90's as tugs (pulling planes around) for the U.S. military. They typically had a genset on the rear and were designated a Trilectron D38. These are great tractors, typical Italian design - articulated in the middle. All Italian tractors are full time 4WD with diff locks both front and rear. It is not unusual in Europe to see a 38 hp Pasquali pulling a 4 to 6 bottom plow. This one is ex-U.S. Air Force with 540 hours. It is waiting for new paint and some modifications.
