Our first tractor, I bought it to clear a .69 acre lot we purchased. The lot was/is for a house we moved from Houston to Magnolia. We are about to put that house on the market to sell it owner-financed.
It was just getting into Summer, too. HOT work, but that 4\' brush hog chewed through the Yupon and sawbriarvines. It has been over a year since then, and it has had a hard life of underbrushingand pasture mowing commercially. I plan to keep it a while, but the heavy mowing will go to the Massey 245 we just purchased.
I managed to twist the PTO shaft recently, and overhauled the driveline with some fresh bearings and a clutch as well.
Overall, it is a great machine!!
