This tractor was originally an AG-4 with a Hercules engine but was converted at some time to a 6 cylinder Continental F-226 for power. This was commonly done around this time as the 6 cylinder option became available as original or as a conversion by dealers around the late 30's to early 40's. I restored this tractor in 1993 and fabricated the baby seat for my son who, at the time, was 2 years old so he could ride in parades. My son now restores tractors and has for about 10 years. He is now 21 years old and owns close to 20 tractors himself some restored and others waiting their turn. The second picture is me with my son shortly after restoration of the tractor and the next picture is my son with my grandson in the baby seat taken in 2011. This tractor has appeared from time to time on RFD TV in a video that was shot at our local tractor museum here in Vista, CA.
