Everything. Most all tractors, no matter what brand will have a weep hole or plug in the bell housing to evacuate fluid or water. My old Massey had one and so did my International. Some will have a floating pin, some will just have a threaded bolt. Had Kubota's with either. The Massey and the Barnyard Buick had hex head bolts. If they aren't there and you have a seal leaking, at some point it will compromise the clutch when it gets full enough.
If they don't have a plug, the lowest part of the bellhousing will have a relief in it to allow any contaminates to come out.
