I was getting a connection refused error from the server between 10:30pm EST and 11:50 pm EST (5 minutes ago). No Mickey Mouse or anything, just an error.

YEah, I did get the same error message but it also said it could not find server. I think Andy just fixed it up or it could have been a storm or anything.

Me too. I couldn't figure what I'd said to get a "refused connection" message!
