I saw on the Bloomberg channel this morning that crude oil hit $43.65 a barrel!!!!!!! Oh goodie!!!!!!!!!!!!!#[email protected]$: :doubledev :D ;) Just in time for the Labor Bay Weekend. It should be REALLY interesting to see what gas and fuel oil prices hit this time around. Should be even more interesting to see the impact this has on the elections in November.

They rose supposedly because Russias biggest oil producer went bust...or something to that effect. We ought to work out a deal with the russians. We take our modern equipment over there and start drilling for a percentage of the proceeds. We both win that way.

Those guys wouldn’t mess with Kerry, they know he’s a real hero,
they know he’s the guy who single handedly shot the wall. :argh:

Apparently the Saudi Arabian ambassador to the US met with Dubya and assured him SA would cause prices to drop before the Nov election. Guess they are gonna get all the revenues they can before then.

Later he denied it in a meeting with Condi and went on to say:

"I cannot say we're not aware that you are going through your seasonal tribal warfare now so it's very dangerous to open one's mouth here on any issue," said Bandar. "I hope Senator Kerry has heard my explanation about the oil and he can be assured that we didn't make any deals that could interfere in our friends' internal affairs."

He does show some insight into our political environment. :furious: :furious: :furious:

Yep Greg....and Bush and Cheney were behind the russian oil company going under too. The whole global oil is a conspiracy caused by Bush and Cheney.

Durwood,

Nah....Dickey was "at a secure location" working out the bid rigging with Haliburton.

Without Dickey telling him what to do, Dubya was trying to figure out why those guys that kept following him had funny things hanging out their ears. That, or trying to figure out where he really was in late '72 early '73.

Nada on the Russian oil company. I think if they had even tried, Putin would have turned the Russian Mafia loose on them. Those guys make Gotti look like a choir boy.

I still think Prince Bandar's comment is a riot!!

Yeah Durwood…NANA

Don’t believe everything you read.:nerd: Just because the news about
Yukos folding up like a house of cards has been covered for over
a month by every major news service in the country, doesn’t mean
it’s true. I think Greg’s Russian Mafia, Cheney, Bush, Saudi, Halliburton
conspiracy theory is much more credible. It’s Bush’s fault

Support John, No Wall Too Tall :argh:, Kerry in November.

Chief,

And.....don't eat at Boston Market, no good times at TGIF, Ore-Ida potatoes are out, and worst of all....no savoring Jack Daniel's Grilling Sauces!! Ouch!

And that's not all.... Just for your piece of mind, Chief: http://www.heinz.com/jsp/index_default.jsp

Maybe you could print it out and post it on your refrigerator door! :furious: :furious: :furious:

Also, better check with the Chef at any restaurant you go to and see if they use any Heinz group products. Ditto with any prepared foods you buy.

BTW, be sure to get a big Band Aid before ya slice your nose off...:winky: :winky: :winky: :winky:

Well, i guess i'm lucky as i don't use any of those products. I get Red Gold ketchup. I occasionally go by a couple of Red Gold production plants in Indiana and the fields beside them and close by are full of tomatoes where they support the local farmer.

SJ,

Good for you! Don't know if the loss of a sale of a bottle of ketsup once in a while will make Terresa come to here senses, but I guess it's a try.
