Now there is one vehicle I could have lived without ever seeing. I'll carry a picture of it around with me in case I ever ingest poison and need to throw up.

Yea , but almost 50,000 smackers for one. Can you say R-I-P O-F-F. It looks to be about a 30,000 dollar truck to me at the most.

Yep kinda reminds me of the great PT cruiser introduction --- people spending well over twice and three times the MSRP to get one of them...SSR #3 & #4 sold for over $120K each with Kruse.
:tellyou: I think it is merely a novelty --- and unless you got VIN #1 it will be an also ran ---- why the $50K price tag? Now, I do like the prowler design, if only they equipped it with enough juice to get out of its own way. :D ==== Different strokes powering different folks, I guess...

Here are some pics of em for your review:

funky looking truck... Maybe i can sell my house and tractor & dog to buy one...

kind of retro like the t-bird...

i like it better than the prowler (from the pics at least) for me, the prowler with its low low front end, would get destroyed with all the pot holes we have by mid february... but i guess if you can afford a prowler, youd also get a hummer for winter driving...

sj

I want a 1990 porshe 928... maybe next year.

Still over priced for something you can not tow or really haul with much less staying dry and comfy in the wet. Good luck buying it for list, I think I'll keep my 2 Rams. :drums:

Well it is neet lookin but it don't look too usefull. When I think truck I see a truck setting in the woods with about a face cord of fire wood on its back. I don't see this one stradding stumps and ruts. Thats just the way I see it.

Maybe the ssr is an El Camino replacement. I still would prefer to have my old 1983 back or better yet an early 70's SS. I might change my mind, it took me a couple of years to warm up to the Dodge Ram Freightliner look.

Ithink that i heard that the first 25 where to be auction and then they would offerd to the public. So i guess it depeand how well they can sell the first 25 to see if its worth maken any more.

The specs on the SSR say it has a 300 horse motor in it, I had heard it was underpowered. I want to see the new GTO. It is supposed to have the smaller Vette motor in it which is rated at 350 horses. Still looks fun to drive though.

I also heard that the new Judge is going to have the Z06 Vette motor.

Sounds kind of hot. I would just get into trouble and really not be able to afford to have it!:driving:
