ok i confess... its sort of slow at work today.. I work out of the house..

and my garage is just beckoning me

I hear it calling out to me... "Sheetrock me Sheetrock me"


so i just emailed in sick....

dont tell on me.. am i the only one whose ever done this?

i dont call in 'fake sick' that often.. unless im really sick... maybe once a year or so...

do you do it? how often??

One of the advantages of being boss is that you don't have to do that.............you just have a priority change!

I don't call in sick unless I am (or one of the kids is).
I have, on the other hand, been known to call in afraid. "Afraid I can't make it.":D

My boss has been known to drive by the houses of the sick to see if their car is in the driveway and what they are doing.

thankfully, my boss lives an hour and a half away from me... actually my boss is very cool.. i could probably have said i want to work on my garage and he'd have let me...

and tecxhnically, he wants to borrow my trailer next week.. but it had 20 sheets l of sheetrock so i need to get it emptied in order to help him...

got about 2/3rds of the ceiling hung... looks OK definetly not a professional job..

im no expert but it will do what i want it to do... retain heat.


i need about another 10 sheets but need to wait till next week as me and my trailer are being used to help move furniture.

once thats done ill restock up on drywall...
