Still working on the redirect after a post ---- (problems that have been causing the poll feature not to function properly)

For now, I have removed the crafty percentage bar I made and the polls work ok --- had to recode it but it seems ok for now.
Will try to get em both working if needed -- it is probably faster without the percentage bar and graphics.... dunno.
