Probably my favorite airplane of all time! The Japanese referred to it as the whistling death because of the distinctive noise it made in a dive.

I had a "gas" powered Cox model Corsair like the one in the picture when I was a kid.

I can't remember if it whistled when I augured it into the ground and destroyed it.

That was one of my favorite aircraft too. More or less an R-2800 with an airplane built around it.
