Ducati

==============================================
A 15-foot great white shark swims in shallow waters off Cape Cod near Falmouth, Mass., Saturday, Sept. 25, 2004. Researchers put a satellite tracking device on the shark Thursday, the first time a great white has been tagged that way in the Atlantic. The shark was first spotted Tuesday, and officials hope it can return to open water on its own. Otherwise, researchers may try to drive it there, said Gregory Skomal, a shark specialist with the state's marine fisheries division.

I just finished seeing that on the news a minute or so ago.
As endangered as these are supposed to be, I would still be hard pressed not to put a round through its head.

A small fishing town on the Gulf Coast used to have a Shark Fishing rodeo every year, and I used to participate in it all the time. Came in second place one time........now there are so many rules in effect to protect sharks a lot of folks no longer participate. Last year IIRC The pan Handle had 3 or 4 shark attacks.

We used to shark fish off th public fishing piers as well, in the evening, now its illegal to shark fish from any public pier. Guess the fish and game commision does not want those tourists to really see whats in the water with them. We actually got escorted one time off the pier and to the city limits of Panama City Beach after landing an 8 foot bull shark. The night before we landed a 6 footer and another 8 footer. We no sooner got it up on the shore and along came the sherriff and advised us to pack up and get out of dodge!
