When I start the tractor, the initial battery charging voltage reads out between 11 and 12V. Under normal operating conditions the charging voltage will be a little over 14V. If it takes more than 30-35 seconds after startup for the charging voltage to jump up to 14+V, an error code appears: 3350, which the service manual defines as, "Terminal 50 (crank input) - always on", but it provides no explanation or procedure for resolution. To clear the code, I have to shut the tractor off and restart it, often with the same result. This problem is intermittent, but occurs more often than not. What is happening to cause this error code, and what needs to be done to correct it? My dealer checked for loose or bare wires and poor connections, but that did not help. I have installed a new battery, alternator, and drive belt. The problem existed both before and after the installation of the new components. I would appreciate any suggestions.
