I was pushing some brush tops up this afternoon and my mahindra 4025 just died as if I turned the key off. It will turn over but not crank. Sounds like it’s not getting fuel to me. Any suggestions on where to start looking for the problem??
Welcome Beaverman. Is there any wiring, low on the tractor that could be associated with a safety switch? For instance, if the seat safety switch became disconnected along it's length of wire, it would shut the tractor down, but that example is a bit of a stretch.
Pogobill, there is a PTO safety switch, I unplugged it and the tractor want spin over, plug it back in and it will spin over. So I don’t think that’s it. It’s sounds electrical to me but after reading some other forums on this site, I’m leading towards a clogged up screen filter in the fuel tank. Thanks for your reply, I will post results
