We just bought a new Mahindra 1635. It has 26 hours of light landscaping work. I noticed a leak in the garage and found that the bolts holding the wheel to the front axles were either loose or flat out missing. Any ideas how why this would happen?

If that's a 4WD tractor, you've lost all of your lubricant. That's a serious problem. Your machine should be under warranty, but your dealer may deny any warranty claim due to the operator's failure to monitor and maintain the proper levels.
Thanks all. So far dealer is coming out to take a look and make sure no real damage was done. The missing bolts don't appear to have been sheered. The 3 that were left all had full threads so I worked them back in with our any issues. With such low hours I hope it's still warrantied.
It is 4wd, which we keep it in basically all the time. So I'll make sure the tech checks the levels, just in case.
So, I had a 1635, upgraded a little bit to a 1640 and found out from the service department that this is a common issue on these tractors. For whatever reason they shear the bolts. I have had this happen twice in under 250 hours. Mahindra has fixed it once, but parts only, the labor was charged to me.
