Ive already got a lawn.... but its very bumpy i was considering a roller but not sure if it would do much good...

do you guys roll very often? i guess id only use it once or twice a year so id probably rent..

On an established lawn will a roller do much to flaten/level it out?

SJ,

I doubt it will do much on an established lawn.

If weight alone would flaten your lawn/ground, your new AG tires, especially, would leave "valleys" everytime you mowed. Maybe talk to a nursery/landscape company about what can be done without starting again from scratch.

Exactly. Only good thing that I tend to do is use my poly roller to follow up after I spread lime or gypsum on the lawn. That way, I am sure it won't get washed away in the next rain storm.

Also, don't forget, by rolling your lawn, you will be adding to the compaction of your soil. You will need to plug your lawn more often.
