John Deer riding mower hood repair

I have seen guys with duct tape this LX 255 came with the hood cracked and laced together with zip ties. I had some 1/16 Lexan it bent around the hood and I used 1/4 “ 3/16” pop rivets to attach to the existing holes it strengthens the hood as a bonus might even prevent on from cracking.
