Just think........this guy was a 4 star General in charge of 100's of thousands of soldiers and represented our nation. Another Bubba Clintonite I was so glad to see leave the military. Makes me wonder how many more Clinton hold overs are still screwing up the military.

parts man, I wish I had a logging winch. The trees have already been cut down and the loggers took the 1st 9 ft. of the trunk sections and left the rest of the trees laying on the ground. The 1st tree top I cut up; I estimate I got around 2 cords or solid oak. There are several more tree tops lefts many of which are several times larger than the one I just cut up. I use the cable to skid the tree far enough out into the open so I can limb and cut them up into 17 inch pieces. Several of the trees are down in deep draws and too steep to take the tractor on so I plan to hook up the cable to the tree and skid them up the slope and then cut them up. I am gonna have to add some ballast weight to the rear for more traction so I can skid larger trees. I hope to make a little money on firewood next year.

Anyway, getting back up to the post subject. General Tommy Franks was right on the money when he said that he would NOT vote for Wesley Clark and that he had character issues. Now I see why he was fired.

ducati i think they are just being smart.. like when the republicans put bob dole up in 96.. they knew he had no chance so why waste the big guns..

ducati, man.. thats a little harsh.. I think that W sort of comes off as a dubba.. but he is not.. he's pretty sharp just not a good speaker... actually its painful to watch him speak..
but he has some good people around him. He is genuine and you know he will do what he thinks is right.. not what the latest polls say...

I think he is honest, and really cares about our country.. not just his legacy...

although i am still pissed about the rubber turkey in iraq...

besides at the time ion the right there were no better candidates.. and on the left theres no one who sticks out.. i still sort of like Dean for taking an unpopular stance and sticking with it. I agree with him on Iraq.. there was no need.... and we are not really safer w/sadam locked up.. im gonna be happy when I see osamas head on a stick and then and only then will we be safer...
