I have been looking at a bunch of small square hay balers and I was just curious about the best way to transport them safely over some distance? I know that Caseman-D should be able to offer some insight. I dont know the exact dimensions but I would assume that they are of relatively similar width/weight etc.

Please advise and thanks.

I always see them pulled behind pickup trucks to and from the fields.

You will first need the measurements for the distance between the outside of each tire. If the distance is not wider than the width of a flatbed trailer; you can winch it up on a trailer and carry it that way. The only other thing that comes to mind would be a roll back vehicle carrier. You may be able to lay heavy planking of some kind across the trailer if the wheels of the baler are not that much wider than the trailer and carry it that way but you may need an over wide permit.
