Well, my horses routinely beat down their pastures and I really want to do a much better job next year of prepping, maintaining the soil and planting good grass seed and rotating them out. Does anyone have any insight opinions on a good subsoiler for this purpose of soil preparation? (getting air/water and breaking up hard compacted soil? Was thinking about getting a subsoiler and a york rake or harrow for the leveling before seeding? Any opinions? I was looking for the box scraper before but I may just go with these new toys for next year (boom pole, subsoiler, middle buster, & york rake) --- What sizes if I get em for my restored 8N? 6'?

Thanks again! Gobble-Gobble.

Make sure whatever size you buy, that they clear your rear tires.Working rear implements that are too narrow is a pain.
