Hello,
Apoligize if this is in the wrong place this is my 1st time posting. I own a Ford 951 brushhog mower and I used it for a year with no problems. This fall I hit a large anthill mound and the mower lost power but the shaft was still spinning. There is the square shaft that attaches to the pto on the tractor that slides into a rounded shaft. When I pulled off the plastic guard I noticed the rounded shaft was split in two.
It looks like its manufactured this way but I don'
t see where to put a sheer pin or how to get the two pieces back together. Does anyone know how I can get the two round metal pieces back together and secure so they can turn the mower again. Thank you
