I'm in South Central NM about 130 miles or so North of El Paso.

I don't watch much sports. I'll probably go up North and get a Bobcat and trailer, if the weather is good.

White Tail Buck will be the order of the day for me and my two sons.Home just after dark,sit down to a traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings.Loosen my pants and brag about how I ate too much.Gonna have the whole clan at the house.More food then should be eaten in a week.My wife is a chef and the girl loves to cook for a crowd.

Me? I am having my wifes, and my famleys over to our house. First year in the new house, and first year we are hosting it. Looking foward to it. Lots of work to do. Baby's been sick sence saterday, and has been real clingy, so the house is TRASHED! Got to work today, and tomarrow, so looks like wednesday night, and thris morning is going to be BUSY!!!

Good news? going to start setting up Christmas decarations this weekend. First year out of the city, and the baby is getting to the age that she cap appreach it, so I am looking foward to it.

Thanksgiving at the parents, Christmas dinner/lunch at my house.

My daughter is coming up from down state with her new boyfriend. We're having the traditional turkey with all the trimmings. If the weather is right, I'll probably touch off that massive brush pile in the evening.

We are having a gang over our place as well. We just put a huge addition on our place and we will fill it with close to 45 guests for dinner. We have three 20+ lbs turkeys that are cooking at my house, my sisters house and one in the fryer. We should do a fire safety seminar on the fryers. Not many people realize that they are as dangerous as they are. We use ours well away from our house as we saw a house up the road from us go up in smoke last year from a turkey fryer.

Scary thought. Everyone have a safe and happy turkey day!

Like that All-State (State Farm?) commercial --- guy says "16 people managed to burn their entire houses down trying to fry turkeys last year" --- Can you imagine that happening ever much less on Thanksgiving with all of the friends and family over? Talk about putting a damper on things --- mg:
