Greg, my guess is that if KBR backs out of the bid altogether; the troops are going to suffer BIG time as there are no other companies that have the experience, connections, and infrastructure to do the job. Add to this the extreme high risk nature of the job. I would like to think otherwise but this is a herculean task that not many companies can step up to the plate to cover. We'll definitely find out when the bidding starts.
