I would like to be a Gold Member. Is this still available? Are there still t-shirts available and if not are there plans to do a re-print?

I noticed that PayPal has been used for the Gold Member payment. Is there a way to transfer funds or send a check? My son got ripped off by PayPal, lost almost $300, and I have little respect for this company.
