Fuel injector issue

I’m trying to restore a 3 cylinYM2500 engine 3T80

I know there was air in the gas line but when I’m bleeding them the middle nozzle does not work (no diesel comes out .). I tried cleaning out and blowing out the injector ? But nothing changed. I stated to take out the pump and changed my mind after it didn’t just slide on out . Any suggestions ?

By taking the dv holder and dv out, the plunger has probably lifted off its locating pin..
And if u put them back in and torque it down, ur probably gonna shear the pin.. and then ur screwed.
Oh and another weird thing. Is this right ? See pic. The “throttle rod” is so close it touching the fuel filter ? Maybe someone modified it ?? I was thinking of adding spacers to move it away. ….

Cannot see the governor end of the rod but wondering if the governor handle is turned over.

I was careful not to do exactly that.
Ok
I was careful not to do exactly that.
I don’t know a lot about tractors, but I did grow up in a machine shop
When u get done “diddling” with it..
I’m available to repair it.. lol

I’m all for that. I think I’ve actually have to bring it somewhere but I wasn’t going to let them charge me for the things that I feel like I can do like replacing hoses and filters and grease fittings. Speaking of hoses I went to an auto parts store and they matched up my fuel line hoses which I’ve cut and put in place with new hose clamps. . But something doesn’t feel right about it. I’m wondering if the diesel hoses are different type of rubber or more durable somehow

So I’m still draining out the diesel fuel not sure if there’s an easy way to do that but it is obvious to me there is water in the fuel.
I was thinking of dropping a clean rag in with a string. to soak up the last of it More Diddling I suppose. 😁
If there is water in there I think you will be lucky if the injection pump works. Let's hope so. (y)

If the fuel line hose is made by GoodYear or Gates, then it's all great. The brand works for both fuel types just fine.
