I used my 69 Ford 4000 Diesel in June, went to start it 3 days ago (9/24/2019) and it just turned over and over and over. Sucked out all the fuel, replaced with new "Off Road Diesel" and used some Hot Shot’s Secret "Diesel Extreme" Fuel conditioner.
It started on the 1st try, easy, peasy.

2days later no Start, no fuel at injectors.

Checked filter (no water), :)
Bleed filter (Fuel came out),:)
Bleed CAV (Fuel came out),:)
Tried to Bleed Injector lines at injectors (no fuel),:(
Tried to Bleed Injector lines at CAV (no fuel),:(
2 of them I could loosen the 3rd I could not open (at CAV).

Any one have any ideas ?

You may have a metering valve that is sticking closed.
Do a search here for metering valve. I know there are a few posts that talk about It.
A sticking metering valve on a CAV pump is actually pretty common. I have learned to pull the kill knob out to shut down the engine then push it back in.
I never leave the kill knob in the out/kill position any more because of that.

100x outta 100 when I go to a "no start" service call on a CAV, the stop is ALWAYS PULLED..
I cant stress that enough.. ALWAYS push the cable back to the RUN POSITION..
Yes, there are a few write-ups on a stuck mv.. U might have better luck searching, "leaking throttle shaft".. THAT will show u how to get the top cover off properly.
I DONT recommend taking it apart without getting the gaskets to put it back together 1st..
U can buy top cover gaskets on ebay as a mini-kit for 9-12.00 w/ free shipping.
