The model number C5021K = Ford 3000, Industrial, gas engine, no PTO, 6/4 manual reversing transmission.
The unit number 2F02B = made in 1972, June 02, dayshift
Serial number C340718 = Built in the USA and the sequential build number 340,718
The engine is a 3.3 liter 3 cylinder gas engine.

Unless I'm way off and it's one of these?!?

In the early 1960's Ford built a model 4000 forklift on the old 4-cyl 4000 powertrain. I think that is what's pictured in pogobill's brochure attachment. It had a counterweight integral with the grill.

After 1965, there were a number of manufacturers that built forklifts on the Ford 3000 & 4000 3-cyl industrial powertrains. Your forklift was built on a Ford 3000 3-cyl Industrial powertrain
Trivia:
I read that 4000 was first used for that forklift (4000 lbs. capacity). Ford got the idea to name models by numbers after it. Powermaster Industrial became 4000 Industrial, and Workmaster Industrial became 2000 Industrial. Then they did all sorts of renaming old models. That was how the 1000-series, the World Series, got its name structure.

Is it true? I do not know.

Would you or anyone happen have the Hydraulic schematic for the forklift circuit?
Recently purchased and seen you posted a sales brochure and hoping to locate more information.
Please bear with me as I'm still learning how to navigate the site.
Thanks

Can't help you with that. Do you have any manuals at all? From what I gather, the ford 4000 tractor manual may be the manual that you are looking for. Not sure if your forklift attachment is a Marshall unit?
