On my 4500 industrial tractor, I'm having issues with the clutch throw out bearing. I can start the tractor, put one shifter in gear, and when I got to put the other shifter in gear, it just grinds. I can start it when both shifters are in gear, then drive it. I assume it is the throw out bearing needing lubed. I hear about a cap for the grease to go in, but I can't seem to find it. Does anyone have pictures of this lubricating cap, so I know what to look for? Thanks for any help.

Grease cup is on the Right side of the bell housing. Give it half a turn every once in a while.

If it grinds when you are trying to shift it, your clutch needs adjustment. Check free play.... about 1 inch.

if it is not the adjusment sounds like the the clutch plate is stuck to the flywheel i have a 4400 that does that after a rain i usaly put it in gear and bump the starer to get it brake loose just be safe if it dosent brake loose and cranks it will take off with you.

I haven't found anything like that on mine. There is a spot on the right side, where maybe it should be. I'll have to clean it and see if maybe it got broke off. Thanks.
