I don't recognize the model but the D means it is a 4000 chassis 4 means Utility and 1 I'm guessing makes it a 4410.
It does have double reduction rear axle and both side steering with radius rods which fits a 4410. Ford called it a 'Woods Tractor'.
Fairly uncommon model. Was a real tough tractor with cast iron oil pan and higher front ground clearance than most models.
If the front axle looks like the one in this photo it's probably a 4410.
It would have come with a 201 ci diesel.
