Hi
My Windows XP has a firewall and so does my Norton. Can I run them both or should I just run one or the other ?

I would just run the Norton FW. One thing is that IMHO anything Microsoft dependent and included in the OS will not be as robust nor as timely upgraded as an after-market addition. The Norton FW suite will be updated via LiveUpdate as unique exploits and vulnerabilities are discovered whereas the Microsoft FW will not receive the same level of attention plus I find the Norton FW to be very customizable and quite feature-packed.

That is my recommendation, FWIW. :D

Hope this helps,
Andy

You should be using both - software(i.e Norton firewall, Zonealarm, etc..) and hardware firewall (router) at the very least
