Can someone tell me how to convert a picture I stored in wordpad as a rich text document to a jpeg or bmp or something that I could post here on TF?

Do you have a utility that lets you take a screen shot of what is on your Desktop? Does right clicking on the image give you any "save" options?

If not, you can send the document to my email address, and I'll give it a shot.

You should be able to open a .rtf in MS-Paint & then 'Save As' into .jpg format.

If you have to go the screenshot route:
Once the document is opened, press the 'Print Scrn' key (it's 2 above the delete key), then open Paint, use the {Ctrl-V} key-combo (without the "{}" brackets of course) to insert the image into Paint, then 'Save As' selecting .jpg format.

HTH!

I used your suggestion. I tried before your response to email the pic to Mow but I had trouble attaching the file. Dean's link looks good but I had already used your idea. I think I may download the software Dean mentioned and try it when I can. But in the meantime I was able to post the tractor train pic.
Here's to teamwork!!
