Not sure if they are or not.

Who here smokes cigars, good cigars, not the swishers? I am talking the hand rolled, well aged cigars. A variety of Dominican, Cuban or Honduran, or any other good cigar.

I have been smoking cigars for about 12 years now. I started right before the crazy boom of the mid - late '90s. My all time favorite is an Arturo Fuente Hemingway in either the Classic, Signature or Short Story. I have had the pleasure of smoking 2 true Cuban cigars, a Cohiba and a Romeo y Juliet. Both superb smokes that I will remember for quite a while.

What do you smoke?

Also, I am in the market for a new humidor, an end table style that will hold a few boxes and a couple hundred singles. I want something nice but not over priced.

ashtons are by far my favorite...

and just ordered 2 of these below.. (one as a gift and one for me)

- i had to ship them to Mass.. apparently they can n longer send cigars to maine... not sure if its the company or a new state issue...

Where i get them:
I usually buy at netcigar.com (i think the name has changed now) but they seem to have the best prices on my ashtons...

how often:
Every day or every few days in the summer..
in the winter much less.. once a week or so...

humidor:
ive gotten a few humidors from thompsons... (or famous cigar) they are decent and fair priced... they come out every few months with new ones.. and sell of the last months for a big discount.. you can get a 300 or 350$ humdor for cheap on there..

I personally do not smoke them, but if it's something you enjoy, and you can relax while doing it, I would consider it a hobby.

I did smoke one when my son was born, but thats been over 5 years ago...some kind of Portofino or something.

Smokem' if ya gottem'. :smoking:

Fuente, La Gloria Cubana are my favs. Once a year I get the Thompson sampler (around 30.00) and that fills my humidor sod I have cigars for newbies and giveaways. They're not bad either.
