Well, actually the RC flying this weekend took a backseat to my weekend chopping chores. I chopped up a very large oak tree that had fallen in a strong storm a couple months back. My chainsaw was not in service so my arms and back stepped up to the plate. My nice trusty handsaw and large axe were able to make some serious progress. I am not a Paul Bunyan guy at just 6'3" - 210#,
but I can hold my own pretty well with some of the physical stuff (I can tell you the networking/lab stuff can eventually make a wimp out of ya if you let it - I used to bench 300+ and now I am back at 225)

In any case, I digress.....
I got my whole property cleaned up --- all of the underbrush and saplings cleared out under my pear trees and oaks. Got all misc wood, logs, storm branches everything cleared out and into the big bonfire burnpile. Am thinking about having a little party around the fire coming up soon --- hint hint Jodyand and Merlin and anyone else who wants to come over for a little BBQ, beer and fiery fun! Wanna drive your tractor through the flames?
:skull: --- haha --- personal liability waiver at the door....
The property is cut, cleared out and looks relatively presentable now in full. A good feeling.... now if my back didn't hurt so much now.
--- (hindering my RC flying skills)
