I am going to go pick up a 5' brushcutter for my N next weekend, and am kinda woundering how much it weights? I don't know the brand, but do know it is not a top of the line cutter. It is a 5 footer that they had used behind there 8N. Any ideas how much it will weigh?? I am not looking for exact, just kinda a ball park.

My Howse 5' rotary cutter weighs ~575 lbs. Most basic even economy 5' hogs will weigh right around 500 lbs. It looks like with chains (dont have) but will add anywhere from 70-100 extra pounds. Easy for 8N with good engine and hydraulics to handle.
MAKE SURE YOU PUT AN OVERRUN CLUTCH ON THE PTO SHAFT OR YOU WILL BE SHOVED FORWARD --- VERY DANGEROUS --- CHEAP $40-50 ---

Thanks guys. Guess my trailer will not have a problem then.

As for the ORC. Oh ya, it will not run without one.
