Just signed up, I recently bought an AC 5020 4x4, loader with just under 500 hrs on it. I also have a Cub Cadet 1641 for mowing. We are located near Longmont, CO. I should be getting a back blade the AC. We put in about 500 sq feet of garden and moved around about 18 yards of compost and dirt with the loader the first weekend. I adjusted the lash in the front axle yesterday and everything seems to be working very well on the AC. Parts are difficult for these units, but with less than 500 hrs and a very clean tractor I hope to use to for a good long while. It would only take me about 5 days of renting a skidsteer to pay for this thing!

Hopefully it will be a good tractor for you. Sounds like it's in good shape and like you said, in five days of work, it'll have paid for itself!
Don't try and make it do things it's not designed for, take care of it and it should last a long time!
