Please can someone give me some advise
I have a 4450 quad range in workshop done clutch packs hi and low all new seals and presure rings
I engage forward or reverse its hints forward and then stands still as soon as i apply the brake pedal it drives forward but obviously cuts the engine because brake is being applied

This tractor is only fitted with a neutral start switch

The clutch packs are actuated by hydraulic pressure. Put gauge on the clutch pressure port, should have something like 160-180 psi. The troublesome thing with your post is that the brakes are apparently pressuring the clutch packs??
