I was mowing last year and hit a rock hidden under some leaves that left me with a broken bearing housing. I ordered a new one and then could not, for the life of me, get the shaft out of the old one, so now I am waiting on more parts. I will also be getting new blades!

It takes a press on one that has rusted to the bearing races, and even then the spindle may not press out of the bearings.

So true! I used my press to no avail.

New parts are in and new blades installed! Next task is to reattach it to the mower and then mow the lawn! 20180418_185944_001.jpg 20180418_190031.jpg 20180418_191313.jpg 20180418_194552.jpg 20180419_125042.jpg

Much cheaper than a new mower! We bought this thing last year for $50 because it didn't run well. $11 worth of Seafom and that problem was solved. Now, another $65 or so and I'm still under the cost of a push mower for my total investment!

Some better shots my wife took. The lines in the grass told me I had a flat tire. 20180420_074154.jpg 20180420_074202.jpg
