Hello forum members
I been working in getting a ford 3000 running right so I can do some work on my yard but every time I fix something something else pop up,not complaining actually enjoy it but with no knowledge it takes a long time
Now to my issue...
I got a leak on a line coming out of my Simms fuel pump before I take it out
1) do I have a seal or gasket or ring underneath?
2)if so do anybody knows the part number?
3) do I need to bleed the systems after I change it?
Thank you for any help

Hell they all leak a bit . They are marking there territory .Mine leaks . If it running ok why mess with it. If you pull the injector pump off you need to ask for help from Thepumpguy . He knows his stuff. Removing it is not that simple. Do what you want . Just cautioning you !!!

If ur talking about the steel line that goes from the pump up to the injector, that is an "engine part".. U might be able to take it off & do a light sanding on the ferrule that does the actual sealing.. I found that THAT normally takes care of the problem..
BE SURE to clean the line out before reinstalling.. good luck
