Good Afternoon, 1989 FORD Tractor 1720 three point lift will not raise with bushog and cannot engage PTO after starting. Tractor left unattended for a period of time. Water may have been in hydraulic reservoir. Drained completely, new filter, recommended hydraulic fluid, etc. 3 point lift works slowly with out any load. Once load applied it repositions to lowest level even though lever is raised. Is there a separate hydraulic screen that is located under seat or to the right side of tractor toward the back? Any diagrams would be appeciated. If so how is accessed achieve. PTO will only engage when starting. Any recommendations? Thank you, Mike
