I have a gas IH 464. The fuel pump was leaking and I replaced it. I have the lines correct, I have fuel to the pump but when I turn it over it does not pump fuel. Sent for a replacement pump and same issue. Fuel bowl on carb is dry and fuel filter is empty. Any ideas? I am flat out stumped.
