Does anybody have any experience with changing out the sleeves on one these? Bought one and the flap over the exhaust was bent. Had water on the cylinder and it locked it down. Here my question... is it a wet sleeve or a dry sleeve change ? Got to change one sleeve ,I believe because 1 valve...
