I restored this Howard Junior 10years ago . I made the seat attachment for my Dad from an old plough seat & bits & pieces we had . But due to his health & recently my health I sold it to my Cousin to use on his Farm as it takes a lot out of you Cranking & using it lol . I think the year model is somewhere in the 1940's .
