  Yeah my Super H is the same way. I think that was the intent, just pull off the rim and work on the tire
  rather than taking the hub off the axle.I also believe the electrical is 6 volt originally thou...

  Scammer for sure. Anytime you find out the item is located somewhere else and shipping is included in
  that low price, I've found it to be a scam. You may even find that same ad posted in other cities ...
