Green Paint
I saw on Classic Tractors that 1929 and earlier Allis Chalmers tractors were painted GREEN. And the shade looked suspiciously like JD Green.

They must have got a deal on some slightly off color paint that JD rejected

allis tractors from 1014-1929 were painted dark green red wheels and canary yello pin striping
some models had green wheels the orange allises started in 1929 martin seynour nmber for the green is 99L11511
