D-17 Oil Leak

I've noticed I have a small oil leak out of the rear of my engine, logically it needs a rear seal replacement. Is there an additive that can be put in the engine oil to help this condition in the mean time? I understand it is a bit of a job to replace that rear seal.

try Lucas. It has worked for me in the past on an old Dodge Truck.

Try the lucas or you have to split it. Dont hurt to try

I think I will give the Lucas oil a try myself on my D17.
