....First let me say hello from Tennessee to all you Kubota folks...I bought a JD 318 21 years ago off the showroom floor. My only complaint of my ole friend was the poor quality of the deck. I guess I shouldn't complain too much. It has survived me, my wife, and two teenage sons for the last 21 years, mowing some of the roughest property on God's earth, and although the deck hasn't a straight place on it, it still mows a pretty yard. The 18hp Onan is drinking about a quart of oil every three ours when I mow my four hour yard, so I thought I would buy a newer mower before I locked the JD up. I found a used Kubota ZG 222 z turn that was bought new a year ago this month. It has 103 hours on it and looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. This thing mows like a pit-bull on cocaine!! I bartered for about a week on this mower and bought the mower with a newer pull seeder/spreader and a plugger thrown in for $4500.00 from a private seller(no taxes)

. I guess it's too late to ask if that was a good price , but it's not too late to find out what, if any, issues I need to be looking out for? Is it a pretty decent machine?...I have seen a few post on here about other z turns....but not on the ZG 222..... Any input out there?
Thanks
George
