i'm looking at buying a used M6040 tractor with 200 hours. the 50 hour oil change has not been done, will this harm the engine over long haul?

If the engine oil filter hasn't been change than theres a good chance hyd. fluid filter either.
Check to see if owner grease joints,also check air filter see if its clean...sound like the owner show little concerns for tractor.

50-100 hours always good to chance oil..metal etc. piece could be floating around.
