Welcome to Tractor Forum Earl. Have you checked to ensure the injector pump is getting fuel? You may have to start up at the fuel tank and work your way down through the fuel filter to the injector pump and ensure you have no fuel restictions and then prime the fuel system up to the injector pump and then bleed the fuel injectors and fuel lines leading from the injector pump to each injector of any air.
Has this tractor been setting for a long time or did someone recently replace the fuel filter or do any work on the fuel system? This may be why the fuel injector pump appears not to be working. It cannot overcome air in the fuel lines or work if it is not getting fuel.
