I have a 190 b skid loader. Today while driving up the driveway I went to switch from lo gear to hi gear. When I did it came to stop and the display showed ACC. I turn the machine off and tried to restart. When I did the parking brake and seatbelt light would come on. When I went to redo seatbelt then three more lights come on. I can make the boom move and bucket move but can't make the wheels go. To top it off it's blocking my driveway. Any thoughts? Much appreciated.

Maybe some sort of "Safety" switch giving you trouble?

Instrument cluster controlls the parking rake. We had lots of problems with instrument clusters. At least it's cheap.
